i just added custom jobs to my dark rp server, the the job model ingame is showing like this:

also server console says when i get the model: Attempting to precache model, but model name is NULL

You're using the model taken from CS:S. There's another model that has the correct animations for GMod.
This should be the correct model you need: "models/player/guerilla.mdl"
this fixed some models by removing the t_ from the model name but how do i fix the following:
models/player/ct_gign.mdl
models/characters/hostage_04.mdl
models/characters/Hostage_02.mdl
models/odessa.mdl
models/Eli.mdl
