While I was playing gmod, I smashed down a few buttons. This changed my resolution. When I changed the resolution back to normal (1920x1200), the text in the chatbox became large and bolded.(Note the text size changed, not the actual box.)
Please note:
- Restarted my computer
- Console chat looks normal; game chat is the only text that is big

It does not appear scaling is on. I fixed the issue by editing font size in the chat format file
