Fastdl for the server isn't working.

Ok how do i make this thing work? I set up [url]www.dropbox.com[/url] for fastdl...not a good choice but its for now.

Ok so, the link for the fastdl is [url]https://www.dropbox.com/home/garrysmod[/url]

I put this in my server.cfg:

sv_allowupload "0"
sv_allowdownload "0"
sv_downloadurl "https://www.dropbox.com/home/garrysmod"

I put maps, models, materials, lua, particles sound resources and cache for addons.

But the thing i think is messing up my fastdl is the cache. I cant find the .dua file for the server where do i retrieve the file? i lookde in gmod and the cache doesn't have dua files. server doesn't come with caches.

if i can find the cache, i might be able to fix it.
