Well from reading your description, it sounds like you want to add new names to the murder gamemode? If so...
Locate to garrysmod/gamemodes/murder/gamemode/sv_bystandername.lua
Open with Notepad++ or Notepad, or whatever you use to view the file.
From line 1 to 26 add in new names you want people to have.
On the server, there are only two roles, I want to add 3
He mean, to add some "job", like murderer, bystanders..
