Bigger problem i guess

SO i am not the kind of perosn who usually just waits, so i grabbed this post and tryed to change some of the values ([url]http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1112981[/url])
OK i made it worst (yeah i shoudln't do it, it was my mistake). Now...it just looks like this:

Flashlight:

Yeah, nothing i nthe lamp. I have brightness to the max.

Well, can i change the values (which i do not recall wich ones) to the default in anyway? Because, yeah i pretty much made it worst with my own stupidity.

All the config files are in Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\cfg

I mentioned in your other thread to check your graphics drivers are up to date

Oh and should i delete the config files or something so when i turn the game on, it will create config files on the default settings?
Also, yes i have my graphic drivers up to date

Also, i used the commands on console, not in autoexec..
