I have my FastDL server set up, and all the files and folders in the right places, but nothing has been 'bzipped', I have WinRAR and I can BZip files, but how do I bzip them when they are on the fastdl server?
Also, what files do I need to Bzip?

you have to bzip them before uploading them to FastDL. Ideally anything you send to the player should be BZipped.
As far as I know WinRAR can't compress files as .bz2
