Need help with mounting CSS content to dedicated server.

My friend is setting up a dedicated server.

I told him to install "Counter-Strike: Source" and cstrike with the hlupdatetool, but after all the files/dlls were installed his server would say "Your server is out of date. Please update and restart".

If he removed the dlls the server would then run, but css content would not be mounted.

I ran a dedicated a long time ago, and all i had to do was install cstrike and the css directories to /orangebox.

Anyone know how to fix this?
