I hadn't played Garry's Mod in about 3 months until a few days ago. When I got on and played some Trouble in Terrorist Town things were fine- until this morning. When I got on to play this morning, I noticed that my game was having lag spikes every 15-30 seconds. I'm pretty sure that it is entirely visual lag (I haven't noticed a problem with people on mics) and it usually involves me walking somewhere and then after a slight freeze, being teleported back to where I came from. I at first assumed that this was server lag.. but after no one else complained and it followed me to other servers, it is obvious that it is a client side issue. I deleted my local Garry's Mod content and reinstalled through steam and I updated my graphics drivers- both to no avail.
Do you have any idea what the problem might be and/or how I might be able to remedy it??
