Gmod server crashes while starting on Linux

Hey guys...having a bit of a problem here. I install gmod with tf2 and cstrike content, exactly like it says on the wiki and when I run

./srcds_run -console -game garrysmod +maxplayers 16 +map gm_construct +ip x.x.x.x -autoupdate

I get this error message..
