I've readed somewhere that it isn't possible to have an fastdl working with an srcds server on the same machine. Is that true? Since I have my server and it doesn't seem to want to download when people join...

No, they should be 0.

Do you have a resource.AddFile lua file?
if your hosting local perp on your own computer, you're gonna have a bad time
