Anyway to move the spawnmenu tabs back to build menu?

In the beta version of Gmod 13, there were no tabs up top just one list, including NPCS, Vehicles, Entities, etc.
I am asking if this is possible and if there is a mod for this.
I need to be able to customize my list, and as of right now I cant do that with the tabs.

If anyones knows how to do this, or to possibly do something better please, do tell. :zoid:
