The game starts with the loading screen and suddenly closes. Up comes a dialogue box with "no steam apps". please can someone tell me what to do. i have had this error for quite a while, i have tried logging out->closing steam->opening steam->logging in->open game but that still causes the game to not load. i have restarted my laptop as well.
Copy that in the launch options? ------> -dxlevel 8 mat_max_worldmesh_vertices 1024 -sw
