Dedicated Server srcds.exe is creating 2 servers in one run

When I start Srcds.exe with command prompt it runs correctly, it just creates 2 servers on one run.
Its a new server so i've started with a new install of everything.

edit: except 12.345.678.910 is not a real IP... did you put that in your command line?

yep I changed my ip, Are you sure it looks normal?

Logging into anonymous gameserver account.
Connection to Steam servers successful.
Public IP is 12.345.678.910
Assigned anonymous gameserver Steam ID [A-1:325889027(3237)].
VAC secure mode is activated.

It shows this part twice

When I start up Garrys mod and go to local or whatever it shows my server twice, I can connect to both of them.

Are they the same server though? Could just be making two listings for whatever reason
