~VERY STRANGE~ Scars glitch! Advanced users only please!

I just installed SCars onto my GMod 13 server via the Workshop.vdf.
Here's mine:

[U][B]Every addon works, besides the SCars Basic[/B][/U], and SCars Extra. I can see the three basic junker cars associated with the SCars basic, [U][B]but the other 30 cars do not show up.

Can anyone please help me with this strange problem?
