Something I downloaded, I think it was the gamemode stalker but maybe not, pretty much permanently changed my HUD and I hate it. How can I go back to my original HUD without deleting everything. I already tried delete local content and it didn't work. OH and by the way I already deleted the stalker add on and that didn't do anything. Maybe someone is familiar with my altered HUD.

Try disabling addons one-by-one until you figure out which one is doing it
I just saw ur post now and I already fixed it. After deleting my entire garrys mod folder and reinstalling it and then on my first try the HUD was back to normal and then on the second try it wasn't (which coincidentally is when I saw the steam workshop downloading everything) I just had this feeling about an addon called Gry mod that i downloaded a long time ago. Sure enough I deleted the file. saw the description on steam workshop which talked about letting u wear a certain from crysis, which made me even more sure that I was right, unsubscribed to it, and sure enough it fixed my problem!
