Need help with lua cache misconfiguration for server.

Nevermind, I figured it out. The server must've had a lua virus. Thanks for the suggestions though.

Delete everything inside the cache folder and restart the server.

Change sv_allowdownload to 0 and add sv_allowupload 0

None of the above worked. :/

Any other suggestions?
