Well every time I play Garry's Mod I always experience random lag every 30 or so seconds. It just pauses my game for a second or two and then keeps going. It gets really annoying when Im trying to build stuff or roleplay. I searched it up online and so far the only thing I've found is that it could be my addons or my video settings. I removed all my useless addons that I don't use and tweaked my video settings various times but nothing seems to work. Help D:
