Recently, GMOD updated, but I also reformatted Windows 7, so I don't know what the problem is here.
I used to get low pings in these servers I played on, now I connect and get like 70 - 100 but before I got about 50 - 60.
I have a wireless lan card in my computer (802.11n Wireless LAN card) but when I reformatted I got the driver for it and everything, so I don't know what the problem is here.
Help?
Do you have anything stressing your bandwidth such as a torrent?

As far as I know, the only way to download a torrent is through UTorrent/BitTorrent, etc. Do you have anything like that running?

EDIT: Also, adding something here, whenever I play GMOD, my ping in some servers start low, then it gets high. HOWEVER, when I play GMOD I am in mumble and I ask people if my mic is laggy, and they say no, so it's JUST my ping, like what the fuck?
