Hi, i'm archemyde. i run a particularly new group (800 players), and i run 3-5 servers. although we have 800 members of the group, there are little to no actual community participators, Thus no worthy admins.
My question is, Where can i find some help administrating my servers? i need to find someone able to spend quite a bit of time populating and administrating a server, without letting playercount drop below the "Fun Level"
Does anyone know anywhere to look / Anybody that could do this? Yknow, pertaining to normal administrators. At least 15 or older, and mature

Let the server run wild for a while, you will usually get some players who will act nicely even when there are no rules, these people are usually good.
