Hey there,
Our community is currently facing 2 problems:
1) We get DDoSed, so we bought a DDoS protection. (Yes its currently a money problem)
2) For some reason, random people at random times are loosing contact with the server, not just disconnecting, I myself as the lead developer of our community cannot see the server even up, not even in the control pannel. Its like its gone. But the thing is, other people are on. Then people message me saying they cant join. So now, I have a few things to ask,
Has this happened to anyone else?
Is there any way to fix?
Our current suspicions:
The mass piling of IPs caused the DDoS protection to block some IPs (probably not but its a suspicion)
