When i go into Multiplaye on gmod theres no servers only my history which is 4 servers

Yes, i got the same problem.
I followed the toturial on steam forums on how to solve it (opening the ports etc) but it doesnt work yet.
It worked fine before i reinstalled steam, now none of my games can find any servers at the in-game server list, but if i use the steam server browser, then i can see them all..
Same problem is it just gmod or cs:s too?
