garrys mod server

hey guys i am btw new to this forum but not to the site :P
i recently installed a gmod dedicated server but i am really new to it so could maybe anyone help me?
i need help with installing things bacause i dont know where to place them like how do i install wire or how do i install this

Do you have it on your own computer or on a rented one?
If it's on your own, you install them like you would on your own Garry's Mod Client.
For example (Installing on normal client):
C:\Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\Garrysmod\Garrysmod\Addons
