• Some Graphical Glitches

Good Day! I'd been having this graphical problem for more than months right now, but nothing matters since its still playable, but I am still looking for a solution if I can fix it and obtain a better graphic. I find it really annoying, especially with my current project, the Sandbox Shielded Gamemode... The problems are mostly related to memories, causing shader problems that make the world either too dark(no light at all) or too bright(as if I've bloom enabled). I've no suitable screenshot to be used yet. I'll attach them later on. Shader Errors Lets not compare the system requirement with my fairly weaker PC, the error was "D3DERR_OUT_OF_VIDEO_MEMORY". If it is representing the Random-Access-Memory(RAM), then I really think its either a glitch or bug. The world appear to be pitch black. Normally happens in gm_buttes or gm_bigcity, which is very annoying. The textures are cached properly, but the shader is having some memory problem to properly lit the world up. Another error often comes with it, that is "Failed to lock lightmap". Sometime, even "ShaderAPIDX8" problems. I've a netbook, Asus EEE Pc 701 4gb model. Don't look at it as an ordinary netbook, though only 900mhz processor, it does have 2gigabyte of Random-Access-Memory(RAM). Can anyone help me to find out why is the engine still complaining Out of Video Memory? By the way, I've read articles of Intel chipsets are not good with Source Engine, but a modded driver solves it, well, I have a modded one. Gotten smoother, but still have the shader problem with the above errors. Thanks a lot!!
Out of Video Memory - Video memory is not same as RAM. VRAM and RAM are different things, but pretty similar. You just do not have enough VRAM. But if you have an Intel GPU, it is integrated and uses a bit of you ram, so idk. It should take more RAM then but it does not for some reason.
Should have known it >_< Any possible solution? Even a way to let it use my RAM instead of my Video Memory? I'm using Intel GMS 915 and another pc with GMA 950, but both caused this error. Thanks!
