When I spawn NPC's and they move around, their animations are very jerky and rough. It looks like framerate issues, but everything going on around the NPC's are smooth and fluid. I've tried changing video settings (lowering filter mode/anti-aliasing etc.) but it has not improved the NPC's. Does anyone know how to fix this?
