No-Collide. But its doing this for every tool.
Restart Garry'sMod, join other servers and see if it's just that one server or not.

I wasn't on a server. I was just in single-player.

Hmm....Just one, but this has been happening before that.
The thing with the #-tags is just the 'codename' for the text that should be there.
What's wrong? I don't know. Maybe you got some 'database' deleted where they save those things?
