Yes you need a website, Garrysmod's download speed is around 20 kb/s and takes agggess to download material/sound/map content.
Wiki: "So to get content to clients faster, we use Fast Download which allows the client to download at standard http speeds."
I'm not sure if a free one will work. Hosts like DropBox will note the large amount of traffic and close your account.
Ask your host if you're able to get FastDL on his/her network.
Often hosters give you FastDL with your hosting package, best to ask them about it.

Hmm, i will try to ask him. But atm im using DropBox, only have problems with models. Any help?

Just a heads-up: When Dropbox note the traffic, they'll close your account.
- Ask the host for FastDL.
- Get another host that allows FastDL. (Example: elpishost)
- Get a webpage that can host the content.
