I have TCAdmin
And How do I setup rp_downtown_v4c_v2 for the starting map.
Well I have the default map at my scrds.exe launch thingy, which you just write '+map rp_downtown_v4c_v2', not sure how it is on TCAdmin.
I guess, if you can, edit the autoexec.cfg file and just write there
'map rp_downtown_v4c_v2'.
Edit the Command Line parameters in TCAdmin and change "+map gm_flatgrass" to "+map rp_downtown_v4c_v2"
The Command Line params should have a button called "Command Line" or "Startup Commands" or something similar.
Command Lines -> Custom Command Lines -> Create Custom Command Line -> Check the Map Box -> Select the Map (TCAdmin automatically detects what is in the maps folder) -> Click Ok -> Click Select (Next to the custom command line) (NOTE : This will restart your server).
