I'm looking for an addon or plugin that will display a rotation of chat notifications every 15 minutes or so. Something to notify the player of commands that might be available to them, server policies, and etc. I am sure there are addons out there or different administration tools that have this feature, but mine (Evolve) doesn't seem to have one by default. Are there any standalone scripts or plugins that can I can use to get this working?
