Purple and black squares overlay

I get this purple and black 'screenblock' on everything I play. Sandbox, TTT, DarkRP. I don't know how to solve it.
There is, however, this suggesting error in my console every time I join.

Error reading material data "materials/engine/eye-reflection-cubemap-.vtf"

The problem is, adding it to my addons doesn't solve it.

Do this in console.

Problem solved.

Edit: Well solved it for me anyways, update 160 started causing this on my client.
