Server doesn't show up on server list

Well, I thought it was fixed yesterday but lo and behold, it is still broke. The server console says it's running but I can't join because it's not responding. I was messing with things yesterday to set up fastdl and it was working for a short time but not anymore. Here's the server console after a restart:

This is probably because of the sv_region setting; what's it set at currently?

I think it was set to 2 but I changed it to 255 if that changes anything.

Update, server is still down after setting sv_region to 0. I stopped the server then started it after 10 seconds and hey look at that it came up but stupid me decided to do a steam update in the server control panel "for good measure." I dun goofed. I get "Could not establish connection to Steam servers." every time I start the server now.

I'm not sure how to change the port on this dedicated server as it won't let me edit that part of the command line. Also the server can now connect to steam and that error message has gone away but I still can't connect to the server.

No, nobody can connect and I've opened a ticket with them I'm just waiting for them to reply.

Okay, I talked to the peeps and they changed the ip for my server and also said that there had been a ddos attack or something. So all today and yesterday the server had been down and the status was "unknown." Well now it's back up and running but same problem as before, can't connect to it. The console says everything is running fine but try joining the server and it won't respond. Sometimes after restarting the server it will show up on the list for a moment but I won't be able to connect and then after refreshing the listings it will disappear. I'm so frustrated and I know they're doing everything they can to help me but nothing is working. I really need some help here as my server has now been down for about three days. :suicide:

Of course right as I post this I can connect to the server. I'm sure that will change within the hour so I'll keep this up just in case.
