An Error has occured while updating gmod (disk read error)

So I try to enter gmod, it says "An Error has occured while updating gmod (disk read error)" I tried verifying the game cache, re-installing and now this
Anyone know what to do?
I would need it soon because I am a head-admin on a server and I cant be inactive :)
