While I have already posted this on the steam forums I feel it necessary to post it here as I feel that more help will come from here.
You see, I am in a bit of a predicament, I like to make scenes for screenshots or for posting on the saves page.
But I make mostly left for dead inspired scenes involving many left for dead 2 props.
And one key prop for the scene is the medical tent from the military evacuation sites.
This creates atmosphere in my scenes like the actual military is trying to fight an actual infection.
But this model is messed up as you might see below, It's all white and it's not supposed to be.
This is also the case with some of the other models as well.

If anyone knows a solution to this problem then please, do tell me.
thanks!

Here's a full view of what I'm dealing with
As a workaround, you can open +mat_Texture_list and reload the white textures. That fixes it. Maybe mat_reloadtextures or/and mat_reloadallmaterials might work too.
Oh jesus someone replied, thank the heavens.
I'll try that now and get back to you.

Nope, Nothing.
This is stupid if I can't fix this.
Tried reloading it in this list and i tried both commands, nothing. absolutely nothing.

If I reload my save the textures aren't white but seconds later they are.
Would the models be using phong shaders for the shiny effect?
Could that be the problem here?
