I found a copy of The Spire's fallout map and decided to play on singleplayer with it and everything looked fine.
But when I tried it with some friends in Multiplayer, the map was really bright.
I already tried multiple commands: pp_bloom 0, mat_fullbright 0, and r_hunkalloclightmaps 0

Is that a dedi or listen server?
Any addons that might cause that?
I think it's just bloom/HDR enabled by the addon which changes the sky.

For the time, I hosted it on my computer.

Only addon that I have install that I think would cause it would be Atmos, but I have Atmos installed Singleplayer and Multiplayer.
In Singleplayer, Atmos works great, the Day/Night Cycle works flawlessly.
In Multiplayer, the map still blooms and the Day/Night Cycle is borken.
But I know this is not caused by Atmos because, I tried the map before Atmos was installed and the blooming still happened.

Is there a command for console that would disable Bloom/HDR for the server?
No, since it is a clientside feature. You should try removing that Atmos.

Or any other addon that will alters or uses Post Processing effects.

No, check your options -> video settings to enable/disable bloom. It's clientside

As I said in my previous post, Atmos is not causing the Problem.
I tried the map first without Atmos installed and it was very bright, so I thought the map must've required Atmos to make the Day/Night Cycle work, I then installed Atmos and the blooming and brightness was still the same.

Are you sure its clientside?
Remember, I tried this map in Singleplayer and everything was fine. The map only Blooms like crazy in multiplayer.
Bloom is definitely clientside. I know Johnny Guitar and Spire put a lot of lua triggers in this map since it was being used for their server, but I'm not sure if it's related to your issue

I checked my options and HDR and bloom were already disabled.
Remember that this map works 100% fine in singleplayer and only is bright in Multiplayer.

Which is why I think it has to do with the map's server implementation
