Would it be possible to refresh the server or a lua script, instead of turning off the server and ingame leaving the server, starting it back up, joining back in?
It should be automatically refreshed ( the script ), if it is not, just change the map or lua_openscript(_cl)
Isn't luarefresh a launch option?

There is a launch option to turn it off, but it's on by default.
