Hello, i cant play normal textures are bugged, if i open console in game it will crash and texts are bugged etc? I have this problem since the new update. What to do?

That is really bad if the developers destroy the game for people.
It's also bad to blame people when it's not their fault, but the player's problem on his side. Gmod is running completely fine for most people.
And why is nobody helping me i have this problem since months with the new update and nobody told me what it is and how to fix it?!?

Go to steam library, right click on garry's mod, properties, Local files, then click verify integrity of game cache
Yes i did but it didn't helped.
Did you try Reinstalling Gmod?

Because the people here are not wizards. They dont have the magic solution to your issues. Its just a lot of guessing.

How can i find the crash dump files and how can i upload it?
If you crash, upload the one that was created by that crash to Mediafire. All of my crashes are self-caused though Lua :/

Did you read the post? You don't take a screenshot, you upload a crash dump file found there, to give a better idea of what is making you crash.

Also it says my hardware level on gmod is directx 8.1 but i downloaded directx 11 so how do i make gmod run on that
I noticed lags when browsing server list since last update
I have the same problem too! I get hl2 crash dumps,if i open my console when im in server my game crashes,also when i join some servers i be there 10secs-20mins-1h then my game crashes.My fading door has no animation,which is bad i play a lot of darkrp i need it! I tried reinstal my game deleting every files and installing again.But when i verify my game it always says 1 file is fixed,i dont know what to do!
