If the game is fine, but a lag spikes is there anyway to stop the lag spike by like clearing out console or anything?
If you mean a server cleanup, you've got to be kidding me.
Spawn Menu > Utilities > Admin > Cleanup > Clean Up Everything

FPP isn't just for darkRP, it can be used for anything where prop protection is required. You can do what you want in lua, or you could call the gmod_admin_cleanup command.
