I have around 450+ addons on GMOD, when i try launching it it crashes around 3/4 of the way loading into the map, this only started happening after the latest update, i would like some help. In the logs it says: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION_READ.

Is your GMod up to date? Have you tried loading gmod without any addons? If yes, does the error persist, if no, re add the addons one by one to find out which one is causing the issue and report back.
It is up to date, and seeing as i have 450+ addons, enabling them would take a crapload of time. I will check to see if loading without any addons helps.

You shouldn't really have 450 addons in the first place, what possible need you could have so many addons for? I play gmod on a regular basis, and I only have 2 legacy addons, one of which is a simple content pack.

All of them are workshop addons. And i've decided it must be one buried deep, for when i loaded it, it was okay, when i loaded it with my most recent addon, it was okay also.
Oki well get back to us when you find out which addon it is, I'm curious.
Okay, i think it was doctor matt's cores. The new update must have broken it.
