Whenever something hits the water and causes a splash it causes a lag spike, I don't know if any addons can cause that, but it never done that before, it only started later after some update in v13.
The Muscle constraint somehow always starts on regardless of checking that box or not.
If anyone has a clue why these 2 things happen, let me know :)

I don't seem to get any errors related to the water splash or the muscle constraint, maybe I should try to disable addons and test if that has any effects.

There's a mod that changes the water textures to look more realistic and they cause a lag spike for me.

I don't have any addon that changes the water, that is the weird thing.
