ThirdPerson Animation Help

I am a person who enjoys playing gmod in Third person

My only problem is i look fucking stupid when i move around. Now i know its usually complicated to do something like change the players animations but Ive seen it before.

If you run with this lanturn the animations is much more realistic. Is there a way someone could help me get that animation from the swep and make it just a permanent addon that effects the players physics?

You'll probably have to decompile the model to get the animation.
