Wire keyboard output to Screen, how?

Hi folks :)

When I write on the Wire Keyboard, I want it to show up on a Wire Screen, how excatly do I do this? And when I leave the keyboard I want the text on the screen to dissappear. Also, how can I make a "click" sound when you write? Maybe there already are tutorials for this, tried searching, found nothing.
