Window turns into a insanely small window after loading a server

Sometimes, when joining some servers, the window will turn into a small rectangle.

It will look like this:

Audio comes out, but I can't do anything. Can't resize it or even play.

How do I fix this, it keeps happening every time.

Try running the game in windowed mode? Your driver probably crashed in full screen mode while initialising the map hence the black screen
