I have the server.cfg file in the correct place and I THINK that it downloaded the game files. I'm not too sure because it took almost 5 seconds to download it all so I'm a bit suspicious.
Also can you tell me if I'm doing anything wrong by looking at the picture? Thanks.
Did you run Server_Download.bat?
I have all of these folders in mine

When I run is the command prompt opens for half a second then closes not giving me enough time to read it.
Make sure that in the .bat file that you have changed the file path from C:\srcds to F:\srcds since that's what you're using.
