[HELP] GMod No Sound Problem

So I can load up GMod fine. When I join my main server, I lose all my sound across my entire computer and then my GMod crashes and my sound returns once GMod is closed. I tried joining other servers and they are fine and I have no problems its just this one server. Tried uninstalling GMod and validating my files many times. I have a feeling its something on the server. I do use an iMac 2010 model.

Try ticking the checkbox. ( And pressing OK )

@Robotboy that wont help because that just mutes the audio when you are tabbed out of your game doing something else on your computer
