Is their a console command for swiching model skins?

With the base gmod skin swicher even if I spawn TF2 hats as dynamic props I cant swich their skin to be that of a ubercharge. I know theirs a console command to swich bodygroups (ent_fire !picker setbodygroup #) but no matter how hard I search I cant find one for skin swiching. Is thier a console command or am I pointlessly looking?
