The GMod server browser is complete shit, there's nothing to do. This has been answered hundreds of times already, do a search before you make a new thread next time.

you server will have low ass ping cause no players so look in your gamemode go all the way down or search for it with the search bar if it doesn't show up wait for the hole thing to refresh
