Where can I get those slider options? I don't have them in my Gmod? is it an addon? isn't this from the source SDK program?

I think those are for TF2 ragdolls.
but they don't show up for me when I use face poser on a tf2 ragdoll?

Ah nevermind it works on the TF2 models you browse and spawn in Gmod
