Addons on MY server won't WORK!?

Problem: My addons on my dedicated server is not working, my addons work when I play singleplayer.

Here is where my addons are located in my normal Garrys mod: [url]http://screensnapr.com/v/3VjlHh.png[/url]

And yes I bought Garrys Mod from Steam.

You should only have one addons folder

C:\HLServer\orangebox\garrysmod\addons

Wrong srcds.exe loading

Hey OP, go in server gmod srcds and type this code and give the output to us.
