Help when using parachutes and rollar coasters! They freeze

Problem 1: When using any type of map that is a rollar coaster, IE chairs on a moving cart, it freezes the screen, if i press E to get off it returnes to normal.Funny thing is, i have been moving that whole time! Anyone know a fix to this?

Problem 2: Parachutes. Most kinds freeze when i land or in the air they freeze. All i have is a magnum and cannot switch weapons, move, or noclip. Any fix for this? Only temp fix i know is to quit game and never use the parachute evr again lol.

PS. Using paid version of GMOD. So anything related to a pirated GMOD will not help.
