TTT (Fretta) Game/Map changer is broken!

My TTT server's map changer seems to have broken. After the final round, when the map changer usually pops up and allows people to choose a map, it now only gives me the following lua error:

[fretta\gamemode\cl_gmchanger.lua:38] attempt to index local 'votescreen' (a nil value)
Warning: vgui.Create failed to create the VGUI component (VoteScreen)

Sometimes its lua:38, lua:??, lua:?? etc etc.

I'm not sure if it broke due to a setting that is blocking it, or what, but I was hoping someone could lead me in the proper troubleshooting steps
