Who Runs it?
I mean, it cannot be just Garry doing it. It might not even BE garry. Just wondering as when I first started using GMod I sent a ticket, and never got a response. Still haven't not even today..........

Valve runs Steam Support, well their Steam-team (That sounds funky :v:) runs it.
Most of the time you get an automated answer from their bots if it would seem as if the bot could help you answer your question, the other 1% of the time it's an actual Valve employee
